I have customized a IFSCloud 23R1 standard report and when finalizing the development normally the report model, schema, rdf and the layout (optional) need to be committed to the solution repository.Schema is generated based on the model but the rdf has manual changes with my customized business logic. If I commit the report model file to the repo , it might regenerate the rdf again during a sanity build.a marble code as below will also not work I guess.codegenproperties { GenerateRdf "no";} I can commit only the rdf and schema and finalize my work but report model file should be in version controlled to align with future core update changes.I want to know whether the report model will be included for the build for code generation in a sanity build (but we still commit the schema file into the repo although it generate based on model). In that case any way to force framework to skip generating rdf from the report model?@ChanakaAmarasekara ,your input would be really helpfulThank yo
From APP10 UPD8 onwards, it is possible convert the Aurena projections as REST APIs and invoke them externally for integration purposes.Aurena API explorer page in solution manager can be used to configure them. You can enable a selected projection for Compatibility application type in the API explorer Once the API is exposed it can be invoked by a third party application. To test this postman software can be used.Open Postman Software Use the correct GET callhttps://cmbgse1916.corpnet.ifsworld.com:48080/int/ifsapplications/projection/v1/GLVoucherRowsAnalysis.svc/GenLedVoucherRowsAuthorization should be basicNo other parameters requiredClick Send
How to resolve below error when accessing the demand client?Solution : You need to give user access in below screen If there is access by any chance, remove and add again.
I have noticed that, time to time we share demand planner related various documentation in the community and thought to share all the Demand planner materials with me in a one topic such that, it is easy for someone to refer and understand concept, installation, configuration and functional guidelines specially for anyone who new for this functionality.
This error in Aurena dashboard is commonly seen for customers who have applied APP10 UPD7 and it is becaused of a bug in the UPD7 DEMAND component. This has been fixed in UPD 8 but customers can use below workaround untill UPD8 is get delivered. Small configuration change(Demand Server-> File->Setup-> General->select Forecast & IPR; Then restart the demand plan server).
Open DP client > View > Uncheck Detail View, Forecast Comment, Querry. Open Forecast graph and maximize its size. Then close the DP client a log again. Open forecast graph. It will show without any issue. Close the DP client again and log again. Client will not open as it is crashed. This has been fixed in APP10 UPD 4 onwards. For any issues reported below UPD4, below workaround can be used. Go to regedit, HKEY _CURRENT_USER>SOFTWARE>IFS>Demand Client and delete that. Open the Demand Planner client again with settings again. Then DP client will be open without any issue once the registries are deleted.
When the PLSQL access provider is down, WADACO solution might not work properly. This can be observed when the IEE client is hanging continuously or it causes eventual timeouts in Android mobile devices and Windows mobile devices. Application monitoring console in the IEE client can be used to identify this where you can observe a red colour icon infront of the plsql access provider Below SQL will keep executing when the access provide is down SQL>declarel_url varchar2(50):= 'https://ifslive.xxx.com:1234';l_http_request UTL_HTTP.req;l_http_res UTL_HTTP.resp;beginl_http_request := UTL_HTTP.begin_request(l_url);l_http_res := UTL_HTTP.get_response(l_http_request);UTL_HTTP.end_response(l_http_res);END;ORA-29273: HTTP request failedORA-29024: Certificate validation failureORA-06512: at "SYS.UTL_HTTP", line 380ORA-06512: at "SYS.UTL_HTTP", line 1127ORA-06512: at line 8 To investigate the reason. For customers below APP10 UPD 10 , when opening Aurena client pages, below error can be observed in the console Error stack:Cannot read property 'nativeElement' of undefinedTypeError: Cannot read property 'nativeElement' of undefined This issue will be solved by LCS bug id 156817 which is a framework group patch included in UPD 11.However as per the R&D recommendations, this patch should be applied along with either UPD 10 or UPD 11 and cannot apply as a single patch.
All the APP 9 customers should use oracle 12.1 clients for their configurations App10 Customers on or under UPD6 need to use 12.1 clients. Therefore in general oracle client, 12.2 is not supported by any IFS installations which are on or below APP10 UPD6From UPD7 onwards the DP is compatible with the oracle 12.2 clients. The below table elaborates an overview.IFS supported platforms documentation for APP9 and below APP10 UPD7 customers
Create a Sales quotation. Release it. Print the quotation. Then alter a line and save. Status of the quotation will be “Revised”. Try to delete a line of the quotation and you will see delete option is not available. It could only be cancelled. It seems sales quotation line could be deleted only in “Planned” status. Sometimes, on revisions, there may be many lines that need to be removed, not cancelled. It is difficult for the users to manage the screens when these lines are still visible. It is difficult to identify quickly which lines are active.
