Hi Community,This is my last week at IFS. I joined IFS as your community manager, with the purpose of launching this brand new community. My 1st week on the job was at WoCo 2019 in Boston, where I was lucky enough to met (and register) some of you. And I’ve been with you since, just shy of the 4 year mark. Over the last few years, this community has grown tremendously. We’ve just surpassed 18k members. We’ve had 31k questions asked - and 82% of those have received a reply. There are so many employees involved in keeping an eye on the site, offering their advice and expertise. But it’s not just IFS-ers. Customers and partners are just as keen to offer advice, as they are to ask for it. That’s what the community is all about - a place for you to connect with everyone and learn from each other.I know the community will continue to grow and do great things. I leave you in the capable hands of the customer office, who will handle any requests or help you might need through the community@ifs

With 2020 came a lot of great stats - including our 2020th member joining, @pnaughton ! He’s snagged the one and only 2020th badge. I’m really excited by the growth we’ve seen in just 3 shorts months since our launch at WoCo. Here are a few worthwhile stats: We have 2000+ members! We’ve had 600+ topics created, and 1800+ replies. Nearly 3000 likes have been given. 16 heroes have been recognized. Thank you all for being members of our community! Let me know what you’d like to see in the community in the upcoming year or what goals you have for 2020. Looking forward to working with and getting to know you all!
Hi Community - The platform we use (Insided) has begun using a new spam filter which has caught several of your replies as spam, when they are not. I’m approving them as they come in and the platform is working on a fix.I’ll update you as soon as the issue is resolved. I’m sorry if your comments are being moderated. This should be resolved shortly!

Hey Community,I’d like your feedback on something. The community has been busy the last couple years. We currently have over 20k topics on the site. And while we work to make sure everyone gets an answer, some topics aren’t replied to. Maybe the query is really complex and requires more time than community members had. Or maybe it was a member looking for an opinion, rather than a how-to, and there wasn’t a similar situation to share. In any case, we have just over 1000 topics with no replies. We have members who answer regularly and we reach out to occasional contributors to answer specific posts, but when I ask people to help, I want to make the best use of their time.So my thought is, if you asked a question 6 months ago and didn’t get a reply, you probably aren’t still waiting on an answer. How would you feel about me moving any questions that are 6+ months old into an archive? They would be closed - not appearing in the search results and not circulated among staff to find an answe
Insided is investigating an issue in the community: Topic creating is delayed. Refreshing the page may result in duplicate posts. We will update you as the issue is investigated and resolved.
