Task Bundling has been introduced in 23R2, does anyone know if you can still view the individual steps of each work task on MWO when the task belongs to a bundle?
Hi Experts,When an eForm of type ‘Employee resource’ is setup and use in mobile throws below error, upon answering.Anyone else noticed this ?. Also is this a known bug . Error seems not appear if the eForm is associate with a work task.Thank you,Roshan
HI,One of our customer is in the process of implementing IFS MWO Service 10. While testing, we found that, if there are any new sales line created in the IFS Application against the Work Task, the line is not getting synced to Mobile app. Version: App10 UPD 11 IEE, ServiceEngApp - 1.6. I’m looking for a way to display multiple user’s Assignments calendar in Aurena (IFSAPP10).In the Calendar function under Maintenance Engineer>My Assignments>Calendar there is a calendar where a schedule is shown for my user only. I’d like to see all service engineer’s schedules/tasks somewhere for coordination purposes. Is this available in somewhere in Aurena?We are using the Service Contract module only (No FSM).

Hi, We have a scenario where, the mobile users will have to create new work from mobile, when assignments are not available in my work list. In Apps 10 MWO , there was a separate tile called New Work, so from there it was possible to create new work irrespective of the existence on work assignments in mobile.Do you know are we going to get this functionality in the future for the cloud mwo app, or do you have any workaround for this scenario. Thank you very much!
We have two sites for one of our companies. We have employees in the field that can work on work orders or work tasks for either site. I am getting the error that they are not set up at the maintenance org for the newer site. So I went to the resource navigator. He has two employee records - one for each company which checks out (he can do work at both companies as well)He is set up at all three sitesThe problem seems to be that he is only set up at 210 on the maint org as the error statedWe are only allowed one maintenance org per employee from what I can tell. How do I resolve this?
