We have a Contact User Lookup field that uses Lookup Expression as below:select usr.id from usr as usr where usr.csg.shortCode ='xxxxxxxxxx' The expression returns only Active Users. We need all Active and Inactive Users.
Hi all, we have a challenging problem, for creating a custom report we are trying to write a sql query that retrieves events with their custom values.We don't have a problem with custom string values or single select lookup.The problem is with multi select custom field values, that we want to retrieve as comma separated values (i.e val1, val2 etc)We were wondering if someone has some piece of code as an example that you can share with us thanks!
Hello All, I was wondering whether anybody had been able to build an Action Processor rule based upon a specific answer from a Custom Lookup?If not does anybody have an alternative solution they have built?
Hopefully this is an easy one: How can I request a match on the Name of the Single Select Lookup instead of it’s Shortcode? In this example, we can match application-subdomain, a Single Select Lookup, based on Shortcode, without issue. The wiki makes reference to things like .singleSelectValue.name but I’ve not been able to figure out the appropriate code for the left-hand side of the assignment in order to perform the lookup based on the Name value of the Single Select lookup field. Are there more examples of this somewhere? Or is it always based on Shortcode and I need to use a lookup table? 😀 Thanks so much,...Donovan
We have several questions regarding the Service Department SLA clock. Here is the scenario… An event is assigned to SVD A with a defined SVD SLA (not an internal SLA) with the appropriate Priority. The SVD works the event for 1 day (the SVD SLA resolution time is 5 days) but needs to assign it to SVD B. SVD B possesses the ticket for 6 days and re-assigns the ticket to SVD A. Is the resolution SLA for SVD A in breach? Also, does the SLA clock for SVD A stop when it is assigned to SVD B? If so, does the SLA clock for SVD A restart upon re-assignment from SVD B, or does the SLA clock “pick up where it left off?” Thanks!

Hi, I couldn’t find a resource containing the information that we’re looking for, so I thought I’d log a question here.Our organization has a development and a production environment. We were wondering if there is a way for changes made in production to be automatically replicated on the development environment? In this case, we’re mostly wondering about changes that technicians may apply to singular Items, user profiles, etc. It would be great if those changes could be replicated in development automatically. Is there a feature for this? Does anyone have this set up? We are currently on version 11.2.3, soon to be updated to 11.7.2.
Has anybody out there built an assystETM channel which will process an email and log a new ticket using a specific Custom Form?If so I could do with some guidance as to how you reference the specific Custom Form you want to use.We will be looking at taking the data out of the body of the email to populate the custom fields within the custom form which I am comfortable with, I am just struggling with how to call that custom form.
