Hello, Shipment Proforma invoice uses a field called customs value to display pricing for items. One issue, however, is that my customs value is not populating. I realized that this customs value is getting pulled from the Customer Order Line entity. I can manually set the value there and have it carry over to the shipment proforma invoice screen, but I wanted to get it to populate automatically. Is there a way I can do that? I’m not sure if its a setting that I would have to set, or if I would have to create a workflow with a projection configuration.Any help would be appreciated. Thanks,Bryan
Hello, We are currently using IFS Cloud, 22R2, how can we limit users from creating Credit/Correction invoices but grant that ability to others? We have granted read only access for CreditInvoiceHandling and the correction invoice projection, but users can still create these invoices. Thanks,Bryan
Hello,I noticed that my shipment pro forma invoice was not populating with price/value data, and I noticed that there was another IFS Community question that asked about CustomsValue. Someone mentioned that the CustomsValue will be inherited from the Customer Order page, and go to the Shipment page. Even when I populate the CustomsValue field for Customer Order, it never changes the Shipment CustomsValue field. How can I tweak the transfer of data so that what I want occurs? Thanks,Bryan
Hello,What is the purpose of the expiration date for Business Opportunities? Do they auto close once they go past the expiration date? if not, how do I get them to automatically do this? I have a scheduled database task that uses the “Set_Closed” method of the Business Opportunity API but I cannot set this to only occur when the Expiration date = SYSDATE. This results in an error that makes IFS think the opportunity is already deleted, because its not coming up with a result. Any and all advise would be greatly appreciated. Thanks,Bryan
Hello,How would you set up emailing to notify a customer when a Business Opportunity or Sales Quotation has expired? Any and all advise would be greatly appreciated. Thanks,Bryan
Hello, How can you get Business Opportunities to automatically close once their expiration date is equal to the current date? This seems like a pretty basic feature but there doesn’t seem to be any options available on IFS Cloud
Hello, I am currently attempting to create a custom field that stores the Customer PO number (found on the customer order entity) for this quotation. As far as I’m aware, you can create a service quotation from a customer order or a work order. If I have the link for both of these, I can create this custom field, but currently, I don’t see a connection to do this. There is one entity called ServieQuotationConn which seems like exactly what I need, but out of the hundreds of service quotes we have, there is only one returned row in this SERVICE_QUOTATION_CONN view. I can attempt to pull the PO number from any customer orders that have the same order number as the service quote, but this doesn’t help with the work order created ones. Does anyone know where the information I need is stored? Any and all help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks,Bryan
