@Harsha Yapa Hi, it’s been a long time since we spoke during my time at Tenmat, I hope you are well. It’s good to hear that you have successfully configured ADFS for Apps10, was this with Windows server 2016 or Windows Server 2019? It’s Windows Server 2019 that we are trying to configure it on. Thanks John Hi John,Sorry, i only noticed this now.Hope you are doing well as well. :)Yes, it was Server 2019 and i didn't have any problem with the configuration. There were no any special changes and it was almost the same as ADFS 2016. Harsha
Hi Hashane,I just experienced the same on App9 and it turn out to be missing Sales Part Cross References. Check for the Customer Part Conversio Factor is properly populated.
Hi @Sajith.Bandara,I saw App 10 UPD14 has the spooler on .NET Print Agent. Haven't configured it for anybody in this version yet, but it seems the functionality is back. Harsha
Thanks for the confirmation. I am glad its working now. :)
Hi @arebbeadle,If you need this field only for Report Rule’s Conditions/Actions, you can use a select statement to retrieve that specific data like below. Is this you are looking for? Harsha
Hi @Harsha Yapa , I deployed release 04 without database deployment. But still, it’s failing ‘installation has partly failed, check the logfile.’ with the same error: note: XXX.LOCAL is the domain name of the server. Reported error is: The following error occurred while executing this line: D:\IFS\IFSMWS\IFST\repository\server\install_fndbas.xml:436: java.sql.SQLException: ORA-06550: line 5, column 17:PLS-00352: Unable to access another database 'XXXX.LOCAL.FND_USER_API.GET_RECURSIVE_PROPERTY_' ORA-06550: line 5, column 17: PLS-00201: identifier 'IFSADMIN@XXXX.LOCAL.FND_USER_API.GET_RECURSIVE_PROPERTY_' must be declared ORA-06550: line 5, column 4: PL/SQL: Statement ignored ORA-06550: line 6, column 17: PLS-00352: Unable to access another database 'XXXX.LOCAL.LOGIN_SYS.INIT_FND_SESSION_' ORA-06550: line 6, column 17: PLS-00201: identifier 'IFSADMIN@XXXX.LOCAL.LOGIN_SYS.INIT_FND_SESSION_' must be declared ORA-06550: line 6, column 4: PL/SQL: Statement ignored This is strange issue.
Hi @MitDenukN,Go to the Installation Database logs and check for file name like DeployError.logs or something(Cant remember the exact name). If you dont have any errors on it, that means you database deployment went well. If there is any specific error that mentioned on it, you may even want to manually fix it by deploying the database file, rather than deploying the entire delivery again. In case you dont have any errors on Database Deployments, you may try to apply the delivery again, but remove the Database Deployment part from the installer itself. Harsha
Hey, I recently configured ADFS for Apps10. All the instructions on the Tech Docs are valid and accurate. Hope you have access to Tech Docs. Here is the doc if you havent seen this.Configuring ADFS (ifs.com)As long as you have done the preparation steps on ADFS like configuring proper SSL Cert on the ADFS etc. its just a matter of registering the Application Groups in ADFS and configuring the same on IFS Admin Console. Let us know if you need any assistance on the steps. Harsha
Hope your AV is paused during the installation. Sometimes, while the files being copied to temp folders, AV deleting them before IFS installer calls them. Restart the O/S Pause/Disable AV Start the Installer from Admin mode.
I know this event is working fine on Apps 10 UPD15 and it wasn’t removed by IFS. If you can describe the issue bit more or even screen capture, community should be able to help.
The error message bit concerning to me is “Token timestamp does not fall within the acceptable range."]” Usually this means, your ADFS and App server has two different system clocks. Try to get these system clocks synched first. I believe that should be first step.
