Hi Sobha, This issue occurs due to a difference in Java version between the database and the IFS home.Restore the database and create a ticket with CoS in order to get it fixed.Just enter the same error message and also provide them with the Database host and service details.They will get back to you when it's corrected. If option "Use self-signed test certificate" is selected, then it signs with a self-signed certificate. This option should only be used for testing purposes. If option "Import third-party certificate" is selected, then it signs using an imported certificate. Ideally option 1 or 3 should be used and option 2 is only for testing purposes. Please check this parameter. You can re-configure the instance providing the correct option at “Client Signing” Hi Bhagya,This was the issue, self signed test certificate was used.After setting it to same as web server and reconfiguring, the issue was solved.Thanks and Best Regards,Sasika
Hi Bhagya, In short, if the “Install delivery” option is used for installing the delivery, installer_delivery.xml is updated. If the “Install delivery and Reconfigure” option is used for installing the delivery, installer.xml is updated.Please note that even when choosing the “Install delivery” option, depending on the delivery content (E.g. Update delivery, Middleware Server Patch), the installer will forcefully choose “Install delivery and Reconfigure” option. Clarifying further, when starting the Installer, the installer.xml and the <instance>_configuration.xml will be loaded and values will be set in the installer.These files will only be updated when running in "Reconfigure" mode (Install delivery & Reconfigure option).When running in delivery mode (Install delivery option), installer_delivery.xml and <instance>_configuration_delivery.xml will be updated.The reason of having different files for the different modes was to not change the basic configuration for the i
This needs a data repair. We need stop the BAES first. Then we have to change the status of the jobs with the status ‘RR’ (Ready to Render) in the table xlr_report_rendering_info_tab to 'ER'(error) state. This would stop rendering reports by BAES. Restart the BAES and order the reports again.
