In apps 7.5 IFS had a screen called Operation Man Hours, what is the equivalent screen called in Apps 9?
The information you are looking for should be in "Shop Floor Clockings".
I think the best replacement of this window would be the Operation and Indirect Reports window. In Apps 10 it is renamed to Shop Floor Reports.



If you want the labor result per wage code, this is only possible in apps 10, and the window for that is called Labor Result per Wage Code. Note that labor is only divided per wage code if you have the Base Labor Result on Attendance check box selected in the Site window.
The hard thing about this new Shop Floor Reports is there is no easy way to calculate efficiency (Actual hours by employee/qty completed by employee vs. planned hours/planned qty). In the previous SFR module there were these calculations. Are there any plans to add something like this back @Björn Hultgren ?
@Kevin Curtis by looking at the Operation Man Hours window in Apps 7,5 I cannot see what better possibilities to calculate the employee efficiency that was there relative the Shop Floor Reports window in apps 10? It's a simple list of number of work ours reported per employee and operation. (See attached). Guess the main challenge in any such calculation would be that you cannot assign what quantity an employee is expected to produce, hence, how to measure that against what he/she actually reported?

@Björn Hultgren It was actually in the Operation Summary screen. There was a folder for analysis that was not completely brought forward. Since you can loosely see the Employee that reported the qty in the Created By Employee column, but you can't directly connect that to the time reporting by the employee, you do get close, but it's a very complicated sql (so I've heard I'm not a SWE).



Also, I did create an Idea for connecting the employee to the qty reported 4 years ago but it was unfortunately rejected by R&D. I suppose I could log another idea, but the initial rejection took a bit of the wind from my sail, I assume you can relate. Many of my old SFR customers that are upgrading to 9 and beyond are quite disappointed.

The operation statistics does it great as a whole for the operation but does not break it down to the employee level.  If I a on a 1000 piece shop order and I MIGHT be able to do 100 pieces per hour, but I only report 90, there is no report that I know of that keeps track of how many pieces per hour I am expected to produce and a way to capture the number of pieces I actually produce during that hour.
