@James Ashmore We are using version 21.12.434.0As stated above, we have tried this on 3 different Android devices and all have the same issue.
We have tested RA by making calls as a back-office user (just using the Aurena browser) and then everything works fine. That means that the microphone of the back-office user has the rights the be used by the browser and is actually working. So, it seems that this is related to the App on Android.

I thought you would say that. In that case I can't be of any help. If it would have been IFS Cloud I would have advised you to use a BPA Workflow for that.Hope that someone else will be able to help you.

Hi Deepak,To my opinion Master Data Management is not a tool but is more a process. See Wikipedia Master data management - Wikipedia.This is something that needs to be discussed with customers where (tool to store), who has access (security) how (integrations with other tools).So, could you elaborate a bit more on the background of your question?
I can confirm that it works with Edge.Is Edge the best browser to use with IFS Cloud?
I'm trying to test but RA keeps on crashing on the desktop.So, i"m currently not in a position to tell you if the sound works or not.
