Hi @LScruggs70 , Have you tried the below query from Purchase Requisition Line Authorization overview? Thank you! I am still learning what all these fields mean and how to use them. This has been a great help! Another question: Would you know why there would be no name listed in the Authorization name field? However, I did find that the Signature line gives me what I assume would be that name.
Thanks for the replies. Sadly I don’t seem to have access to Presentation Object Grants. I’ve searched for it at every angle. I was able to find the group the individual is associated with so that was helpful. Follow up question: I am wanting to locate all the items that he/she is needing to approve. Requisitions etc. This is why I figured searching by individual would be most helpful.
I apologize. I thought pasting what I attached here would show up with my question. Original question: Listed here is what I can tell is the list I have available to myself to search for approvals. I don’t see where I can search approvals on projects or requisitions. Anyone know if this is an option?
Xavier - Thanks for that little trick it certainly helps. But, my boss is who I need to keep track of. He has asked that I track his required approvals and make sure he get’s them done. I can’t seem to search for items that may be waiting on him to approve.
Xavier - thanks again but it doesn’t seem I have access to “purchase authorization basic data” I am not good with computers if you haven’t notice LOL But I do appreciate the challenge of IFS...sometimes.
Xavier, working the ‘system’ a bit more it looks like I should be able to search Authorization Group ID to track if anything is ‘pending’ approval for that individual.
I am attempting to copy 81 lines to a new record and keep all the formatting. Attached shows what is actually happening. I am losing the description.
Thanks, ThushAsanka Well that would work perfectly if we didn’t have specialized Quotation Numbers. Do you know how to change those once assigned? Lol Can’t have the system assign a number because our company chose to be original, unfortunately. May need to petition to have this changed for ease of data input going forward.
