We are also facing same requirements
Hi All - I have a bit more information on this. The vendor we use has depreciated the “send email” option within the platform. It was removed, so restoring this functionality is not an option. We realize this complicates the process for managing your cases and are working on a long-term solution. Still no solution to this issue?
Hi @Thej - Here are a few places to start: Oil & Gas page on ifs.com - https://www.ifs.com/industries/energy-utilities-and-resources/oil-and-gas Roadmap and Statement of Direction for Energy, Utilities, and Resources - And the Oil and Gas Extension Release Notes are here: Hi, I am trying to find latest release notes for UPD16 - 19 for oil and gas extension. We have just installed UPD19 from 15. Kindly share the release notes for App10 UPD16 to 19 for Oil and Gas extension.
Hi, That is a shame - as by searching LCS for my symptoms to view Bug IDs - I was able to identify that Support had provided the wrong patch. I’m not sure how much more hair I would have lost had I had to go back and forth more. Do Support have access to legacy data? Can you define current - as with IFS Cloud you can be two years out of date and be supported, with Apps10 I do not believe there is a limit. So this valuable resource has been lost to Customers (and Partners I would presume) Many thanks, Matthew Agree with Matthew, Losing access to published solutions is a loss of valuable knowledge. Missing access to view Bug IDs is making it difficult for us to find existing corrections. Good if the published solutions can be migrated to new customer knowledge base.
Hi, We are trying to push Use Single Sign-on flag ticked by default for all users but cannot see any entries in the base profile for this. Is there a IFS base profile entry, browser settings or window registry where we can use to set this flag to TRUE by default ? We want to push this all users without having to request them to set this flag to each user for themselves. The Technical documentation says “The setting will be saved in the user settings and will be valid for all the subsequent logins.” Hi Yasas, Thank you very much for this. We are planning to try this out and will post the outcome here.
Hi Lahiru, The access error is displayed when trying to access the RFQ screen if the presentation object has not been granted to the end user. However, this does not mean the user does not have access to the underlying records. It could well be because the user has been granted the database objects. (Either through direct or indirect grants) Can you please verify whether this is the case or not? Thanks, Kasun Hi Kasun,We are checking this further and it seems that the access is indirectly granted as you said. Thanks.
