One of our customers have opened a Joint Venture in India and states that there are compliances India related to where the backups are been held - "In order to comply with Indian Company Regulations the back-up of the books of account and other books and papers of the company maintained in electronic mode, including at a place outside India, if any, shall be kept in servers physically located in India on a periodic basis."

Do we have anyone else out here with similar user stories addressing this concern in their current practices? Specifically looking for cloud hosted customer user stories..
