If it does not work then it might be Chrome that blocks addons, look in the top right corner of Chrome, and allow it.
Ok, same info as above but in other words!Maintenance Organization is mandatory on a PM Action, and a Calendar is mandatory on Maint.Org. So when you have a PM Action then it is connected to the calendar on the Maint.Org. But if you also add a calendar on the PM Action, for example the same calendar as you have on the Maint.Org, you will get a different result in your Maintenance Plan! The logic is different even though it is the same calendar as you have on the Maint.Org!Test Case:Create a PM Action.1. Set a Calendar on the PM Action.2. In tab ‘Maintenance Triggers’: Start Unit=Day, Start Date=2023-03-06, Interval Unit=Year, Interval=13. Then in tab Maintenance Plan: We have two planned lines, one with Due Date=2024-03-06, and the other line have Due Date=2025-03-06. This looks correct.4. Then go back to the tab Maintenance Triggers, and change the Start Date from 2023-03-06 to 2023-03-03.5. Then when you look into the tab Maintenance Plan, now we only have one planned line with Due D
The work around described above by Mayura Wasantha is working. But I have reported the issue to the Support through Service Center on case: CS0127098 - ‘Serial Object selection -Move to Inventory is not enabled for Part No Not tracked in Inventory’, Best Regards,Jonas Hermansson
Same behaviour in APP10 SP16.
Compare when the Part No is Serial Tracking "In Inventory"=TRUE.
You might need to give the adress to where to install the Aurena Agent.https://thor.ifs.cloud/Best Regards,Jonas Hermansson
You may need to re-install the Aurena Agent.1. First uninstall old versions of the Aurena Agent in windows: Add/remove programs.2. On the landingpage in one of the boxes click the link "Show Add-Ons", on the section for IFS Aurena Agent then click "Download MSI". Install the Aurena Agent.3. If you then on Document Revision, click View and you get an error from the Aurena Agent. Then you have to go to the screen Document Management/Basic Data/User Settings and click OK, this will add two new values in Windows Registry. (It's a known bug, but it will be fixed.) Then it should work.Best Regards,Jonas Hermansson
Hi,A couple of years ago I had the following requirements from the customer when they where at APP8:They wanted a global Document Management Solution that supports a Roll Out plan with additional sites.-The administration of the solution should be manageable.-The solution should meet different requirements regarding access and approvals between different sites.-The solution include one CF and some events. The events are designed in a way that they should not need to be changed when an additional site is added. It is only basic data for the new sites that needs to be added.Event 1: Enable Site specific rows in Access Template when Document record is created. Rows specific for User’s default site.Event 2: Add Approval Template (Route) when Document record is created. Selects Template ID based on Class + User’s default siteEvent 3: Add site in a Custom Field, CF, on the form Document Revision(s) based on the default site of the User, when Document record is created.Event 4: To have safet
The systemet behaves a bit different dependent on how a Work Assignment is created:• If we have a Work Task whith a Demand line, but we have created the Work Assignment with "Direct Allocation" , then when the status of the Assignment is set to Completed, then the status on the Work Order is not automatically updated to Work Done. The system "know" that there is a demand line that is not Allocated. (Even if you have the same Resource ID on the Demand Line as on the Assignment line.)• It works if you have created the Work Assignment with the tab "Allocations on Demands", then when you change the status on the Assignment to completed, then the status on the Work Order is automatically updated to Work Done.(In the picture in earlier reply, there is a note.)Best Regards,Jonas Hermansson
