Another question.We use Service Engineer MWO. In the Navigator Designer there is none page being hidden. However we don't have a tile or link to the Work To Repair. Do you know why this is?
Hi @Rukmal Fernando , the question was actually if the My Work Calendar page can be de “Home” page. So when you log in to MWO Service, the first thing you see is the Calendar. Is this a option?
@Rukmal Fernando , thanks. Is it also possible to change the home menu/starting page with for instance the calendar?
A new challenge: The four elements in my starting position (see above screenshot) are still in my dashboard on top of the additional elements. Some where I have a duplicate permission set, right?
Thanks Nethmi. Confirmed, that's the trick. It works. Maybe worth mentioning to add ServiceEngApp21. I am guessing this is for Cloud 21. There is also ServiceEngApp2 but this didn't work for me. Do you know what the difference is?
Thanks Yasanthi for your reply. Please see attached screenshots. I believe I complete mandatory fields unless there are hidden fields. I follow the same steps as two weeks ago when this used to work. Could there be a settings change?
Hi,Without much details or ability to login it is hard to comment. The usage screen states 61 records found. Qty used is 656. Could this be a non-serial part where the qty in the 61 records is greater than 1? Thanks,
Hi @PirtekKH , The Min/Max are determined based on a number of calculations and various (system) input parameters. I have listed the calculations below that the system goes through. Specified Period = Determine # of months for the usage calculationTotal Usage = usage calculated specified in the period. Average Daily Usage = (Total Usage)/(Number of working days in specified period)→ work calendars are used to determind days in specified period Monthly Usage = (Average Daily Usage) x (Average Number of working days in a month)→ work calendars are used to determind days in specified period Target Minimum = (Lead Time + Safety Supply Rate) x Monthly Usage Target Maximum = (Lead Time + Safety Supply Rate + Period Supply Rate) x Monthly Usage The lead time, in days, is a value you specify on the part record and on thestock record.If the place on the stock record has a “place for stock” relationship toanother place, we assume that you can transfer the stock from the otherplace quic
