Those attributes are not available in the Lists to configure the tooltip. Section 7 of the Administration guide lists the valid fields and Linked Activities are not listed there.
This is typically triggered externally and sent to PSO via an integration message. The resource will be highlighted an exception will be generated as below: It would be used to alert the PSO user of an urgent issue triggered by the resource (e.g. panic button on mobile device)
Hi Shiyaz, The only indicator is on the Activity fly-out panel. The legend does not identify an indicator for linked activities.
Check your resource screen for the individual resources. Ensure a start and end location is provided. This is usually the primary cause. The associated resource type should also exist in PSO if it is not an OOTB type. Additionally the PSO events screen will indicate if there are any issues during the load.
@Sajith Anushan Just a thought. Have you created two separate Rota’s in the Rota Screen in FSM?
@HannMat We’ve been able to achieve this with a custom outbound integration to PSO via FSM Connect. It’s quite complex because it involves authenticating to PSO, then following up with a Modelling update. The trigger would be based on an update to the desired fields on a threesixty_resource object.
As I understand it, Attention Alerts need to be sent to PSO via an external system. Within a dsScheduleData message include the following along with an input_reference: "Schedule_Event": { "id": "TEST35-A", "date_time_stamp": "{{current_dttm}}", "event_type_id": "AO", "event_date_time": "{{current_dttm}}", "resource_id": "1000" }
I usually solve these logic battles with a view and compare against something simple. I might make a view and have a column that does the logic for you (sql case statement to see if the date fits the params) and outputs Y or N and the business rule simply fires if it’s a Y. Lee might be able to tell us if this is bad practice.
I should add that there are no exceptions in the integration log, only a single child row for integration log detail with the outbound transaction (I would expect a second one for attempting to process the response) and indication of whether there was an attempt to process the inbound map at all.
@Paul Drennan Reviving an old thread here. Hope you don’t mind.We have a similar response we’re trying to capture and process. My outbound map simply sends a request_id. The host responds with a 200 and the following json if it’s found (sample from the transaction result in the integration log detail):{ "perform_inbound_integration": { "authentication": { "logon_info": { "password": "METRIX9", "person_id": "ADMIN" } }, "parameters": { "mapping_name": "I_REQUEST01", "xml_import": { "request": { "description": "coming from API", "place_id": "A100", "priority": 1, "request_id": "1234" } } } }}On the Inbound Maps tab, I reference the I_REQUEST01 map from above. The only values I’ve filled out are Search Order, Inbound Map and Active. The Input type was left as Response XML by default. No success as it’s currently setup.Do I need to fill out any other columns in the response map row? Addit
