Citrix setup resolved.Copied client runtime to "\\destination\share\Program Files\IFS"
Apologies for the delay as well. The issue got resolved on its own, though it did creep up days latter then disappeared again. Currently user is ok but I am liaising with them to monitor it. I’ll raise a support case if it reoccurs. Thank you for following up on this.
