@Marcel.Ausan we are on 23.1.6. Maybe there is a fix for this in 23.2.
You have probably already solved this. The reason why you get this error message is that the Database Task has accidentally been removed. (I have done the same mistake myself). It is a generic database task called ‘Run Application Server Task’If you create this again you should be ok
I don’t know how it can be set to ‘Print’ if it is defaulted to ‘Do Not Print’ in the code… mysteryThe only thing I can think of is that someone, before I joined the company, made a modification to the code … And that part hasn’t been updated since. We don’t have any custom modifications to any functions.I can’t find any custom event/actions that is doing anything in this area.We run v10 update 15.Which function is setting the value, I could have a look in the function and see what our value is.
Issue have been resolved. The error was depending on the user running the report from Crystal Report server, user IFSPRINT.IFSPRINT isn’t assigned to any company/site which prevented retrieval of data from certain views using validation of site access.
For Apps10, is this valid for all updates? We are using update 11, and I did a search on our app server where I found ‘log4j-1.2.17.jar’, which is a newer version than listed above as a potential issue.Or is the patch needed for all updates in Apps10?
I think I’ll have to solve this with SQL. There are around ~42.000 price list lines that need to be updated.Manually selecting the price list lines will take too much time, we don’t want to close the last active line for each sales part.
is this IFS Enterprise Explorer or Aurena? Maybe go to the Custom fields page and check they are all synchronized correctly If Enterprise Explorer: On the customer page, try RMB - custom objects - reload configuration. If the error is still there, please upload some screenshots showing the custom objects Thank you for the answer. This is IFS Enterprise Explorer, 10 update 7. I tried to reload configuration, error still remains. The synchonized check box is marked. Attached a screenprint over the three objects.
