We are having this same issue and we are also a managed cloud customer. I was told we should just be able to use the Aurena applications as we have been using the APPS 10 standard ones, but we are experiencing the Redirect URL error.
Was this issue resolved? We are having a similar issue. We are cloud-based, APPS10, so not sure whether we need to setup the knownhosts_file or whether we can do that internally or if cloud services has to handle that for us. Thank you.

@SteveB & @AddArveR,Even if you don’t use the Aurena client as your preferred front end, do you still import the logo through the Aurena client? We just had the same thing happen going from Update 4 to Update 9.Thanks!
