Hi,Plans will be written either as a complete plan or as an incremental change from a complete plan. This column tells you the plan id for the last complete plan that was written out (i.e. not including any subsequent changes to get to the current plan). If the last_plan_id and last_complete_plan_id are the same, then the current plan is a complete plan. If they are different, then the last plan that was written out is an incremental change. Thanks,Sam
Hi,This has been fixed in 6.12.0.13 (the next patch release). It’s a database issue that only affects a subset of installations where there is an oracle database. Thanks,Sam
Hi,No, there is no way to remove the built in filters.Feel free to raise an idea and it can be considered for future updates. Thanks,Sam
Hi Dan,This has already been raised as a bug and will be handled as a support issue. Thanks,Sam
Hi,#1: Can you raise a bug for this please?#2: We can possibly increase the character limit in future. Please raise an idea for this. Thanks,Sam
Hi @Keith Adamson,If the plan value difference is shown as a positive number (with the green background) then that means that this allocation produced a plan that was better than the current plan.Ideally, with everything working perfectly, we should never see a positive plan value difference as it means that the DSE has not reached an optimal plan.Since this is quite a simple change to make to the schedule, it is highly unlikely that the DSE has not tried it, so I think a positive plan value difference is more likely an indication of a discrepancy between how the DSE and SES have processed the routes. The processing should be identical, so something like this would probably need to be raised as an issue for us to investigate. Thanks,Sam
Hi,I don’t think this is a known bug so it would be best to raise a case for this. Thanks,Sam
Hi,Yes, reducing the required plan quality would mean that you would receive plans more quickly, so you would see the change to the activity sooner. The maximum_wait can also be set on broadcasts to ensure that you get a plan within a defined amount of time. Thanks,Sam
Hi Shamika,The CommitToAllocatedShift parameter only affects manual commits that are made via the workbench and the behaviour of the AllowPartiallyCommittedBucketRoutes parameter is not impacted by this. Thanks,Sam
Hi,Please raise a bug for this.It looks like the workbench doesn’t currently support setting a fixed time for bucket resources, but I can’t think of any reason why we shouldn’t be allowing this. This is causing the fixed time to be lost when making the commit change. The CommitToAllocatedShift parameter would ensure that activities are committed into their scheduled shifts, so this could be used as a workaround until the bug is fixed. Thanks,Sam
Hi,The shift colour can be changed through the colour column on Shift_Type rows in the scheduling data, or by changing the colour on the Shift Categories page in the planning workspace. I don’t think there’s a way to change this. Please raise a bug for this. Are these user sessions or oracle sessions? Not aware of a problemThanks,Sam
Hi,The ‘applicable from’ property on the utilisation template refers to the number of shifts not the number of days, so they may not have reached the 30th shift on the shift you are looking at.Thanks,Sam
It sounds like you would want to use the static or reactive process types (defined on the Input_Reference in your data). There’s more information about the different process types in the Datasets section in the Scheduling Concepts - Introduction guide. Thanks,Sam
In the PSO workbench, in the explanations page you can create a request for the unscheduled activity to gain more information about why it has not been scheduled. Thanks,Sam
