Hi Charalampos,The auto scaling functionality implemented during an Azure installation of PSO scales accordingly to the number of datasets present in the system. And so, to test this scaling you would need to be adding and removing datasets in the system and monitoring the number of server instances in the System Diagram page.Kind regards,Khalid
Hi Ian,Currently only one commit rule can be processed because each time a rule is put in, it overrides the previous rules for the situation. Please feel free to submit an idea.Kind regards,Khalid
Hi Robert,Can you raise a support case for this issue?Kind regards,Khalid
Hi George,You can submit this as a feature request on the Idea wall. Our suggested solution would be to add a ‘Users’ tab to the ‘Groups’ page on the Administration workspace.Kind regards,Khalid
Hi Shiyaz,Have you tried running the dataset through the Explainability Service? You can make a request for the P3 task and the results should tell you why it has not been scheduled where you were expecting.Kind regards,Khalid
Hi Joana,The software is behaving as intended by the design of the system. If you would like the functionality to change, then feel free to submit an idea.Kind regards,Khalid
Hi Nathalie,In PSO we do not believe that there would be any limit to the number of a skills before a performance impact is reached.Hope this helps!Kind regards,Khalid
Hey João,I am not experienced on the FSM side of things, therefore I can only answer the PSO part in the second question. As for the second question, the answer is no. Kind regards,Khalid
Hi Keith, Yes, it includes days without shifts. For example, if you set a reference period of 10 days, that would be 10 calendar days even if the resource only worked one day a week.Kind Regards,Khalid
Hey Carlos,The task can be associated with each of the members of the team using a Resource Preference of 1. This would ensure that the activity gets allocated to a member of that team.Another way of achieving the same thing would be to set up geographic regions for each members of the team. Using the geographic location of the activity to determine which team can be allocated. At present, this sort of information is not automatically shared across the team, and so the setup would have to be repeated for each member of the team. Kind regards,Khalid
Hi Charith,The dse_plan_travel table is not a PSO table. Is this a table in FSM?Kind regards,Khalid
