Johannes, I must have been looking at a closed order when I logged in as a non-appowner user. Checking today, the RMB appears as expected. Thank you for your response, and I will make sure to check the client code in the future for permissions. What API/function did you find that code segment in? I have trouble identifying when the application does the checking for RMB permissions. Thanks, Tyler

I am also running into the same issue as @OrangeCloud. We are running Apps 9 and our FedEx tracking no longer loads correctly, it immediately redirects to a page not found page. I would prefer not to create a custom menu as it should be simple to change the link, I just don’t know where that link is located in IFS.
William, We do not have a Shipment folder in our top level of the “Presentation Objects by Component” tab. Are you on Apps 9? At any rate, I did find that report in the “Order” folder and after enabling it and refreshing the security cache the RMB menu was available. Thank you for your help.
Vimukthi, Thank you for the response. A very strange place to put delivery note numbering. It does change the output on the delivery note report, and that is what we were looking for.
