I am trying to understand what permissions need to be granted for the “Print Shipment Delivery Note” right mouse button (RMB) to be allowed on the Shipment screen (Sales → shipping → Shipment Delivery → Shipment)
Is there a way to determine which permissions/conditions need to be met for built in RMBs to be enabled?

If you are using the IFS Enterprise Explorer user interface if you open the permission set and click on the Presentation Objects By Component and navigate to the Shipment you’ll see the permission named “Report - Delivery Note for Shipment’. If you grant this permission then refresh your security cache you should now be able to RMB on the shipment and choose Print Shipment Delivery Note from the menu.

We do not have a Shipment folder in our top level of the “Presentation Objects by Component” tab. Are you on Apps 9?
At any rate, I did find that report in the “Order” folder and after enabling it and refreshing the security cache the RMB menu was available. Thank you for your help.
