Hi,The command to reserve parts is not available on this screen.The reason for this is that the Tech Portals aim to fulfill Work Task Execution, hence the material planning and preparation are handled outside of Tech Portal. Technicians or Maintenance engineers either have planned material to issue or they can use direct issues. Regards,Daniel
Hi,This case with Different site on the Work Order Header and Work Task, will mean that you can´t create the Customer Order from the WO Header Level.You have two ways to overcome this.Use the invoice preview flow and create the Customer Order a)If you want to use a predefined Customer Order, Create the Customer Order, b) Link it to the Work Task at Work Task Customer tab, field Customer Order Number. c) Go through the Report in d) Create Invoice Preview e) The Invoice Preview will pick up the Predefined Customer Order Regards, Daniel
A good hint for future can be to enable the field description in the application by User Menu Drop Down, Field Description.
