its not possible to reopen several workorder at once. IFS allows to reopen one by one
how could it be possible to reopen several workorder at once ?

The customer finish the workorder but want to reopen it because he forgot to enter some information . My customer have one work task per workorder he would like to repoen worktask automatically when it reopen the workorder. That not possible.

To detach a document from workorder , i need to have admin right to the document ?
with Edit Right is not possible !
but with a document attached to a Part. I can detach it even if i have edit acces only
Do you have an explanation ? how to allow a user with edit acces to detach a document from a workorder ?

it is a permission issue. I’ve just allowed the user to delete connection and it works
