Yes it is needed. You should enter Customer’s own Address ID should be same as Company’s own address ID for the site connected to the respective company, otherwise the system will invoke Single occurrence check.
Hi, I have used this functionality several times. This is more about how the business wants to control their procurement and keep track of all changes that are done. This goes very well together with Authorization rules, thereby the hierarchy can be defined to limit the user from making autonomous purchase decisions including reopening a PO. One example is there are companies who uses 4 eyes principle which means no single person can make buying action without the knowledge of another employee or the manager.
Hi, You can Enable the PO authorization rule valid for change order authorization. But for this to work you should enable the check box Enforce Use of PO change orders at Site master data. By making this type of configuration the user can only create PO change orders even for Reopening thereby, new authorization will be triggered. Regards, Karthik
We have experienced this after deployments. But I suggest you add all the custom objects to the Base profile and try to clear Personal Profile for the specific user once.
Hi, You can use Count per inventory part screen. Query for the specific part Select the line pertaining to the correct location and batch number Enter the Counted Qty value less than On Hand Qty, thereby you will select the specific part (with serial if it is serialized) to remove from stock Reenter the Counted Qty with new value and new batch number.
Yes it is possible. If you create a PO for Manufactured part the system will automatically ask you to create Supplier for Purchase part and by this the Demand code on the PO will be Invent Order.
You could have cancelled the count report and re-created a new ones with Exclude Project Inventory check ON. By this you can separate the counting process for Standard and project inventory individually.
