Hi @eduardo.sm, the Camera is dependent on two things: Camera permissions need to be granted to Trip Tracker on the device. From your screenshots though, it looks a bit like you’re running on the same device and connecting to both env’s. Am I right? if so, this should be fine. We also do check for Media permissions. I couldn’t find all the details, but I believe this is the Media Library configurations on the environment. Can you check the Media Library permissions and configuration on the test and prod environments please? Best regards, Rukmal About the 2nd thing, we already checked both permission and configuration.Permission Set Grant StructurePermission Setand still doesn’t worked, unfortunately. There are any other place that we need to check Media permissions? The images above are from prod env, but both env’s have the same media pemissions checked.Could you please export your Permission Set and send to us so we can compare? Ours are attached.Thank you Rukmal for the help!
You are attempting to connect the IFS Cloud Scan It app to an IFS Apps 10 environment - this will never work. You need to use the “IFS Scan It 10” app in the App Store IFS Aurena Scan It 10 on the App Store (apple.com) Cheers James We don’t use Aurena yet and besides that ‘IFS Aurena Scan It 10’ App there are only that other ‘IFS Scan It’ App. We need the app for IFS Apps 10, which i believe i doesn’t exist, right?
Hi @eduardo.sm, Notify Me on Apps10 is indeed supported on Android 13. From what you’re saying though, I guess that you’re on “IFS Notify Me 10”, where due to a recent Google Play Store policy change, you are currently unable to install IFS Notify Me 10 via the Play Store. This is likely because you are on an Android 13 device and your Google account has not previously been used to install IFS Notify Me 10 on any other device, am I correct? If so, you have 4 options: Use your Google account on an older Android device (Android 12 or older) to first install IFS Notify Me 10. This should now make it possible for you to also install it on your Android 13 device using the same Google account. Wait until mid-December - there is a planned update to IFS Notify Me 10 which is expected to be released by mid-December and should align with the Google Play Story updated policy and allow you to install it as with our other apps Obtain the APK file directly and sideload IFS Notify Me 10 - you can
Since it so unclear what you want here, feels like something is ‘lost in the translation’. You ask how the first lines barcode could include second lines part, but both lines have the same part so what does it matter which barcode you use? I hope you know how you can generate this barcodes? It can be done from several places but the one I mostly use is doing it from the Inventory Part In Stock page and choose Print Barcode Labels option. I don’t remember from which other places you print/generate this barcode. Sorry for the misspelling. I was referring for the column, not the row

Hi Dario! The 3 barcodes for the same Part is because we are testing and trying to find a way to use 😅How did we point the barcode part to the stock record? We recently implemented WADACO and are using it with Scan It for IFS App 10, simoutaneously we are setting the barcodes for every item in our warehouse. In ScanIt, when i want to make, per example, a Move Inventory Part, it firstly asks for the Inventory Location and we can Print via IFS Apps 10The barcode printed literall
