In IFS Cloud you cannot yet view or change these values. But it is planned to update the default access token life time and the session idle time and also make these available to view & configure
Hi There is a system parameter “Cleanup age limit in days for Iam Events Log” which by default is set to 3 days. You can increase this value in Solution Manager to keep them longer.
It has been added to supported platform
Thanks for asking , yes it is possible using Windows 2019 Server
Yes you the ability to setup history logging for Solution Manager changes as what you mention in IFS Cloud. You just need to know the data source which is easiest found in the Page Info.Compared to AppsX you can track changes on permission set grants to other permission sets as well which was not possible before.
HiYou might already got the things you asked for answered. This is just some additional info, for you and others reading this. This applies to IFS Apps9. Yes you can delete profiles. The correct way as an administrator is to delete profiles in the Enterprise Explorer client "Profiles" list page. Navigator menu "Explore Profiles". There is a field named "Owner". This is set to the User ID and means it is a personal profile for that user. (For base profiles owner field is empty)A user may have more than one personal profile. One of them is default (that is one that automatically applies when you logon). The default one cannot be deleted. Which one that is currently default is shown in the User Detail page / User Settings tab / User Profile section. This information is not shown in the list of Profiles. A user may shift which one that should be default. As a user you can remove the personal profile you do not want to keep , using the User Profile tab in the User Options found by clicking

IFS Cloud release will allow you to do this for Events and Event Actions.( The icons indicates this type of page is using server activities and not database objects. Revoking or Granting database objects does not have any effect on activities or services )
HiPartially Granted means there are underlying security objects for this BI Report that are not granted to the permission set.First look in the permission set detail window for this permission set and in the "Presentation Objects" tab , find the BI Report. (Use the search box on the page). Expand the BI Report presentation object and verify what objects that are not granted (checked), if any. This might give a hint. Compare with how the definition of the presentation object looks like in presentation object detail window. Since the problem re-appears it is likely caused by a background process running nightly.I'm not an expert on BI but there are cleanup jobs in the system that would revoke grants to objects that have been dropped / do not exist, even if temporary. So one idea could be that the definition of the presentation object for the BI report refers to a non-existing / unknown object (perhaps some view)Other idea is if the BI report meta data is automatically recreated and then a
