Can you explain where you want this value to be placed ? for example are you trying to use this value as a default value in some custom field ? or you want this value to be assigned into a task ?

Try to pen the customizer after clearing the cache If it did not work then, Go to “C:\Program Files\IFS assyst Application Launcher” Right click on “settings.bat” file and click run as an administrator Click on the first two check boxes as per in the screenshot and click “ok” Try to open the customizer
