Release Notes for 6U12 state that: Messages will no longer use Microsoft Message Queues (MSMQ). Instead, the messages are moved to Scheduled Processes in the database for the Service Monitor Engine (SME) to process.. Where are perform_send_to_monitor entries stored - what table(s)? Is it visible in the UI? We are migrating from 5.6 to 6.12 and I need to find a way to regenerate the monitor entries. Thanks in advance Ben The perform_send_to_monitor entries are stored in this table METRIX_SME_MESSAGE
In particular please take a look at the KBA regarding Task_assignment_view. When PM tasks are 1st created they are typically sent down to every mobile device in the background! Check the KBA for more details, and something to consider for performance problems when creating PMs.
Thanks for the reply ‘durette’, however I think you must be using IFS APPS rather than IFS FSM.
This can be done like this: >=01.02.2021+<02.02.2021
a workaround suggestion…. copy the field into a user_def, then make the user_def visible or not instead?
Hi @nickz, Can you try using the metadata to set the default on the field? Does that work? Kind regards, Lee Pinchbeck Hi Lee, it’s a field on a search panel, rather than a data entry...
I logged in opened the Request screen changed the default from 10 to 50 used the ‘screen setting’ option from the [?] option at the top of the screen hit save both messages appear.I’ve logged out, now I’m logging back in and try to access the request screen (web client again) I get this error: (I can’t even access the request any more :-( ). FRom my smart client if I clear the Request screen settings, it makes no difference to my web client….it still errors in the same way.
thanks when I hit ‘screen setting’ and save I get this error though. Do you know which table I need to tidy up?
