Error in IPaaS log - Transport not scheme specified

Hey schumacher777,from the log excerpt provided this seems like it may be a possible ActiveMQ misconfiguration.For the start I would recommend to restart ActiveMQ as well as IPAAS to see if this resolves the issue but I would recommend to raise a ticket with ServiceDesk to investigate further if this issue is still occurring after. You can either raise a ticket via the customer portal  or via ‘axios.support@ifs.com’.Thanks,Patricia

Updating title custom form via assystETM

Hey Otmar, To have a better understanding of what you are trying to achieve, I would recommend to log a support ticket regarding this. Helpful may be a configuration export to see the full build of the channel and data mapper.However for the error you are seeing I would recommend to see the following Wiki page about custom fields in ETM:https://wiki.axiossystems.com/assyst11-6Wiki/index.php/Integrations:assystETM_1.6_-_Data_Mapping#Accessing_Custom_Field_DataAlso I would recommend to delete ETM cache by navigating to the 'Platform:About' menu and press the relevant button.To clear assyst go to the list of assyst sessions (in assyst web) and delete any sessions for ETM/IPaaS.This may then remove any custom form definitions held in cache by IPaaS or assyst.Kind regards, Patricia

Service Bundle Error

Hey jdavidyoung07,I have looked in the first error provided:“2023-07-17 08:05:50,898 WARN  [com.axiossystems.assyst.domain.events.EventSlaClock] (default task-44) Priority was not matched for and event against the sla =>  [ SlaDto ] ID: 3 ShortCode: CHANGE SLA. No sla response or resolve times can be set for event.”This error points to there being no Escalation Times set in the SLA you are using. You can set these in the SLA form found Configuration → Service Level → Service Level Agreement More information can be found in the wiki here:https://wiki.axiossystems.com/assyst11-2Wiki/index.php/Service_Level_Agreement_(SLA)_Form#Escalation_Times For the second error you shared I have found a few different causes one involving expressions, can I ask you to log a service request via our Self-Sevice portal https://support.axiossystems.com/assystnet or via email to axios.support@ifs.com for further investigation?If you could provide the server.log with the error, screenshots of the error in

AssystNet Mobile Interface error - 'User Content Parameter is not applicable to Contact Users'
