FYI, I found out it’s a bug: if you put inside the form an item multi-select lookup you can’t submit the ticket. I’m using the latest release 11.6.0
It seems that there are no issues with the event builder, so I really don’t understand why… I’ve opened an incident to IFS, let’s see if they can resolve this strange error.
The code I sent you in my first comment you have to put it inside the substitution keyword not in the action template. The one you put in the screenshot can be helpful, if it still doesn’t work I would be curious to see a screenshot of your email template.
I think that you don’t have permissions to see the substitution keywords, in any case where did you put my code? You can try also to write inside the email template this thing:https://<url>/assystnet/application.jsp#events/$new.event.formattedReference
hi Steve, thanks for your reply. As mentioned I’ve tried to open the same ticket in assystWEB and it works, I get the error only in assystNET. At the moment I can’t access to server logs so that’s why I’ve asked here if someone else encountered the same type of issue. Thanks
Hi,you can create a substitution keyword with the following code: <vtl>#set($eventLink = "https://<url>/assystnet/application.jsp#events/")</vtl><a href="$eventLink$new.event.formattedReference"><b><span style="color: blue; font-size: 10pt; text-decoration: none;">LINK</span></b></a> And then add it to your action template.Hope it helps
