@Chamaka Wimalarathne You are right. I was just checking from EE side. However it looks like this does not work for any version of Aurena. Let me check this a bit more and see if I can find anything.
Hi @Chamaka Wimalarathne It looks like Aurena or Cloud adds the time portion by default if you use the date format in a quick report. You can check this with a standard field that does not have a time portion. If you check the planned due date in customer order lines, it does not have a time portion. But if you take it into a quick report, it will show the time portion as 00.00. I believe this is something we will have to ask from IFS as it does not mention anywhere in the documentation.
Hi @bdoucette You can join as many views as you need to a crystal report. It is not something IFS recommends but it is still possible. What you need to worry about IFSPRINT is the grants. These kind of reports can only have one parameter and it must have a rep view and joins should start with the rep view.By doing so, you will get to use any view. But be careful on duplicate records as _rep views contains all the header and details level data.I have done this for so many years. and it works. My customer is using below report as a layout to a standard report which includes other views and custom commands as well. The main thing you need to keep in mind is that you will need to grant these views to IFSPRINT because when you run the report from IFS, it is looking through the user IFSPRINT. Below example is a bit of a complicate one. But try to keep it simple as much as possible and be aware about the joins.
Hi @Hanane Set the data type to number format. I believe you will have to recreate as you cant change the data type after the custom field is created.
Hi @Hanane As @romsar mentioned here, create an event to _CFT table to validate the input of the field.Code would be something simple similar to below.DECLAREBEGINIF (NEW:$field_value) < 0 or INSTR(to_char(2.0), '.', 1, 1)>0 THEN ‘Error msg’END
Hi @hhy38 I have this example with me. I will share the code with you. your approach is fine but i cant exactly fine the problem here. Let me get back to you.
Hi @hhy38 I can share it here. that is fine.Sorry it took some time to find it. Let me know how it goes.Cheers
Hi @Swivel53 Normally if its an additional layout to a standard report, then you can only pass result key as that is what connects to all information. Why would you try to pass shop order no ? If you are trying to get shop order connection, do that by bringing the view that contains shop order no and joining it to the rep view Cheers
