Hi Mark,in IFS once the connection Emp ID to Pers ID is done you can’t change it any longer. At least in the user interface. Don’t know if directly a manipulation in database is possible. You can’t reuse the Emp ID and connect it to another Pers ID, but you can reuse the Pers ID and connect it to an other new Emp ID. BR,Siri
Hi Jeff, I had a look on your question, the following are my findings and suggestions: There are no attributes dedicated to Health and Safety There is an Incident Reporting AppHence you should be able to implement Health and Safety according your business requirements. I suggest that you solve it through 2 user profiles:Incident reporter user gets access to the incident reporter assistant: while incident coordinators gets access to the rest : Incident reporters can use the App when on site, which is more suitable and handy. For the incident reporters to see their own reported incident I would set up a custom event sendind a notification about the reporting incident (kind of a log). The event action can be of type email, push notification, stream message etc.Another way could be to create a custom view called incident report log which only displays incident created by the logged in users. If there are other solutions or ideas how to solve Jeffs request, I am also happy to know:-) Best r
Hi folks, I am Siri and I recently joined the Purple Community.I am a Consultant, I worked 2 years for IFS Switzerland before this year I started to work for the first Swiss IFS Partner:-)So far I used HR and Finance Modules, but I am also interested crossfunctional topics, in AI, Technology, and more.I live and work in Switzerland, in Zürich, but I have international customers, so I also travel now and then around the globe. Fun fact: Switzerland is a landlocked country but my favorite sport is surfing (which I can only enjoy during Holidays when hitting the beach of a country with seaside) Hope I can contribute to this community and that I can count also on youCheersSiri
You’re welcome @johnw66
Did you check if the IFSCONNECT User (or any other User with which the Application is logged in Time Clock Interface) has the HR Application Manager checked? This checkbox is needed for Time Clock and the USER connected to Time Clock.
Hi Matthew, for Expenses there is no functionality where you can configure approval workflow based on amounts/value limits. For Travel Request this exists though. You could use Travel Request make the approvals there and create via RMB the Expense Sheets if that is a suitable workaround.Another Idea:as I already had such a request and I investigated a bit on this. I found out that in Standard there is the functionality of “Approval Process Template” in the Attachment Area: In above example this was activated for the LU “Personnel Requisition”. Maybe you can use this functionality also for the LU of Expense Sheet. But you have to check first if on this LU this functionality is applicable or not, as far as I am aware it is working on all LU’s. Unfortunately, I don’t know where to check this, and so far I did not get an answer myself to this question. After checking the above, you need to set up Approval Templates (i.e for Managers with 0, 400, 750 limits etc.) and “Stop events” which check
