Hello @gpkrish,This is because you have same configuration in both Contexts. This would not work in such scenarios. You can find more information from F1 docs. I will mention some here. “A request for configurations is ambiguous if: More than one specific configuration context is mappable for the current request and there exists configurations stored for more than one of these contexts.Example: User A is navigating to page X and while doing so both specific context Y and Z maps to A. At this time page X have only one configuration stored and that is for Y. In this case the page will show without error because only one configuration was applicable.Same example as above but this time page X also have a configuration for context Z. At this time user A will get an error message stating that the navigation was ambiguous and the administrator should be made aware of the situation.”Thank you.
Hello @adam.grzymislawski,“Users> General> ifsweb” node (see above screen captures) is for Aurena Bookmarks. Above screen captures have taken after adding a bookmark in Aurena for Appowner’s login. So this branch will be available in Admin’s personal profile after adding a bookmark as Admin in Aurena. In your scenario, once you export that branch from Admin’s personal profile and import it to User’s profile, same bookmark will appear on user’s Aurena login. Thank you.
Hello @adam.grzymislawski, Bookmark settings are saving in Personal Profile. If you bookmark a page as an admin it creates a new node under User> General> ifsweb> Bookmarks in admin’s personal profile. You will see this in IEE profile window. Then I hope it is a known way for you to export the required Profile branch and import it to the user’s profile. Thank you.
Hello @osojans,I don’t think we have such a functionality in Aurena yet. But you can make available both contexts to a user by using same condition or defining a condition that make true for both scenarios for your particular user. you can find more information from F1 documentation.https://wit.ifsworld.com/f1docs/apps10/foundation1/045_administration_aurena/220_configuration/330_configuration_contexts/default.htm Thank you.
Hi @gpkrish, I couldn’t find any known limitations in Aurena Lobbies with IAL views. Seems this needs a proper investigation.Thank you.
Hi @gpkrish,Is this only occurring for IAL views? It would be helpful If you can provide the query you used to create the Lobby Data source. You can check whether you have used any alias in your data source query which is same as a column name in IAL view. If you have any, please change the alias and test again. Thank you.
Hi @LundahlOskar,Yes it is possible. First you have to create a Lobby Data Source and then Create a Chart type Lobby Element using that Data Source. There are several types of chart elements available such as Pie Chart, Bar Chart and Line Chart. You can also find more information from F1 Documentation as well.Thank you.
Hi @DIMLLK ,These Settings save in user profiles under the Users> General Regional Settings node.As an example if you change this Grouping and Decimal places setting in Aurena for IFSAPP, it saves in IFSAPP’s Personal Profile. You can check this through IEE Profile page as shown below. In order to make them available for other users, you may need to add this setting to a Base Profile and assign it to your users.Thank you.
Hi, You ca use the concept called ‘Contexts’. By configuring contexts you can control what the different users/user groups can access in a page. you can refer below link for more information. https://wit.ifsworld.com/f1docs/apps10/Foundation1/045_administration_aurena/220_Configuration/330_configuration_contexts/
By default, you can see IFS as the company name, but you can change it to your own company name using following steps.

Go to Solution Manager> Reporting> Operational Reporting> Report Site Texts
Change the companyName variable to your company name.
Save the changes
Then again try to output quick print and this time the company name will be changed to your company name
