Hi,I need to get column values of NET_AMOUNT and CLIENT_STATE in Event Action Logical Unit: CustomerOrderInvHeadView: &AO.CUST_ORDER_INV_HEAD_UIV_ALLPackage: &AO.CUSTOMER_ORDER_INV_HEAD_APII have created an event I used table “INVOICE_TAB” which is base tab on LUI can not see some columns(NET_AMOUNT and CLIENT_STATE) in atrribute list. I have to use those columns in the Event Action. any ideas to get missed columns in event action? Thanks,Narsi.

Move parts to different location type

Hi, How to move part from one location type to another? Currently Part A sits at ‘Picking’ location but we want to move this to ‘Arrival’ or ‘Quality Assurance’ ? I am trying to move it using transport task but it is showing me an error that “cannot move to location type “Arrival” when not connected to purchase order. We have received PART A using purchase order. Please let me know how can we proceed on this. Thank you for your help.

Quick Report Export to Excel Function Insufficient Privileges

Does anyone know why I am getting the following error message when I try to export my Quick Report to Excel?Excel Plugin Error: ORA-06550: line 1, column 43:PL/SQL: ORA-01031: insufficient privilegesThe Quick Report runs fine in IFS and, once run, I can output the results to excel, but I can not simply do the report function “Export to Excel”. The report is written against a materialized view in IFS. I can see the view in IFS SQL Query Tool and can preform searches on the view.The report is written using the following SQL statement:select * from c_pol_gl_sales_cogs_union_mvI have tried using &AO., IFSINFO., prefixes to view name with no luck.

Aurena vs IFS 10 development

Dear All, I am new in Aurena and don't know about Aurena development. Could you let me know about this that What is difference between Development in Aurena and IFS 10. Is Aurena use inside IFS 10 or we use in IFS 9.0 use also? Have anyone video then more appreciate and help me. Thanks in advance.

Apps 9 upd 15 - Not all print jobs complete - some receive 'No PDF returned from Crystal Web Service'

A little stumped with this one, as i have seen in the forum this happening to others but that appears to affect ALL prints where as mine seems to only affect some. Also, simple restart of the print job appears to clear the issue.IFSPRINT has IFSAPP_ALL permission set, and all companies and sites have been granted access. When we create any new views or API we also make sure to give this IFSAPP_ALL so don’t think its security. We have 4 crystal web services running on our system

Aurena custom attribute on ReportPickingOfPickListLines

We are trying to add a custom field on the page ReportPickingOfPickListLines. The LU in IEE is CustomerOrderReservation. But in Aurena page designer we are not able to add the custom attibute in Content. On other pages it´s no problem. Is there any limitations on what pages/lists we can add custom attributes?

Posting Non inventory sales part

Hi, We have non inventory sales part invoice in ‘Printed’ status and when I checked customer invoice posting analysis it is showing me an error for non inventory sales part “Value is missing or has an invalid time interval for posting type M30 control type C49 code part B in company ABCD” How can I resolve this error ? Please help.

Picking Days

We have picking days set as 3 days but all Shop Orders seem to finishing just in time for the demand. We want stock to be on our shelves 3 days before it needs picked for the demand shop order or customer order. Anyone else having this issue ??? Or have we a setup incorrect ??

Demand Planning - Collaborative Forecasting

Hi All,One of my client is requesting the IFS Demand Planning - Collaborative Forecasting functionality. Demand Planner is sharing collaborative forecast requirement for one particular base flow related forecast part with four different key account managers. Rather getting average of all four, he is more interested about weighting the each individual with a score as shown below.Key Account Manager 1 - 40 % Key Account Manager 2 - 30 % Key Account Manager 3 - 15 % Key Account Manager 4 - 15 %Based on my knowledge it is not possible with current demand planning functionalities. Impact of IFS Applications 10 Updates on Aurena Global and Custom Contexts

Question: How are Aurena Global and Custom Contexts affected by IFS Applications 10 Core Updates?Example: Customer creates a Custom Context in IFS Aurena on a baseline installation of IFS Applications 10 UPD7. They subsequently deploy UPD8. Are both the Global Context and Custom Context automatically updated and aligned with UPD8 when it is deployed or do they have to manually update either or both of the Global or Custom Context?Reason for Question: Customer is about to take UPD9 and wants to know the impact on Global and Custom Contexts.If someone could sign-post me to any published information on this topic please I would appreciate it. Tech Portal Client Script

I am trying to access the list data in the ‘task’ list on the ‘My Tasks Today’ page on the Tech Portal. I have tried: var listData=getFormDataLists('task');var listLength=listData.length;alert(listLength); But this just returns 0, when there are tasks there? What i am trying to do is retrieve the tasks, then cycle through them and then performing a dirty read on a checkbox i have added (user_def2), any that are checked will then be updated.

Change Order Action Responsible ID

Hello, I am attempting to create a Streams notification that is sent to users when they are assigned as the Responsible user on a given CO Action. I have the notification created, however, I’m not sure how to get the Streams notice to push to the responsible user. Currently, the only option is the Responsible ID, which appears to be their employee number and Responsible, which is their name. Neither of these allow the Streams notice to be sent to them. Is there anyway to configure this notification? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Shop Order is not Auto Closing

IFS Apps 10 UPD We have shop orders that are set to Auto Close but are not Auto Closing. The Close Code is set to Auto CloseThe Qty Complete is equal to the Lot Size StateMaterial = Completely IssuedOperations = Completely ReportedProducts = Complete Received Can anyone please advise what the program checks when the system attempts to Auto Close the Shop Order as I cannot see the issue. IFS Print Agents Issue

IFS Apps 10 UPD 8. I am sure previously that I have had multiple print agents on the same server but appear to be having an issue. When we start the 1st print agents it starts without any issues, however, when we start the 2nd print agent it starts but the 1st one stops. Could you please clarify/advise?

How to copy Characteristics from one Engineering Part Revision, to another

On the Engineering Part Revision screen, IFS provides a RMB option called Copy Services. When clicked, a dialogue box is shown which allows the user to specify a Source part number, and then select if they want to copy the Structure, Documents, or Characteristics (or any combination there-of).In IFS Apps 10, I can use this function to copy Characteristics (attributes, values, and Info) from one Eng Part Rev to another, but when i try the same in IFS Apps 9, the option for Characteristic is always greyed out. Details of my process are as follows…Open the Engineering Parts screen and create 2off new parts… Part No: RHU-TEST-111, Part No: RHU-TEST-222, Open the Engineering Part Revision screen, and search for RHU-TEST-111Open the attachment panel, select Characteristics,RMB, Select Technical Class…Select an existing technical class template (I used a tempate with ~50off attributes)Populate the Value and Info fields on one or more attributes.RMB, Save Attributes On the Engineering pa

Business Report Crashes Excel, ".net framework" error

This regards the IFS Business Reporter add-in for Excel, specifically Excel in Office 2016, 64-bit. There is one specific BR report we run which I’m having these difficulties with, doesn’t seem to occur with any other report and, strangely enough, running this same report works when done on different computers. The error we’re having occurs when trying to “Run Report” once IFS is loaded. We pick the standard parameter values, press OK, then in the Report Execution Progress window, it seems to go through everything (goes through steps 1 - 3 , fetches data) then it crashes Excel, Excel restarts, and it opens to a blank worksheet. I’ve checked the event logs and found the following pop-up at about the same time it crashes, so this should correlate: Event Log Error #1Event Log Error #2I’ve tried many things, like running .net repairs and running as admin. I’ve officially run out of ideas, so I’ve come here, hoping I can be pointed in the right direction if not have the problem solved entir
