Hi All,

We use MWO service 10 App - (UPD9). And getting below error when,

  • Initialize
  • Accepting a task from the pool
  • Work start of the work task
  • Attaching a picture to the task

 

Is there any clue what’s going wrong here ?

Hi @djay , did you already check in knowledge search? I used to have that error before in UPD8, now i’m moving to UPD14 and in my tests no problem anymore. Maybe there a BUG to fix it.

From looking in the logs it appears you are using the 10.11.1347.0 version of the client. The latest released is 10.15.1365. Can you update to the latest released App in the app store and test again please?
