IFS Cloud 22R1 MWO Service - Survey

Hi,

While creating a survey with Work Type as ‘Work Assignment’, it is displayed in all the Work Tasks in mobile as expected. Additionally, the “Answer Once” option is selected in the survey as shown below.

Below are two queries:

  1. When a survey is completed in one of the Work Tasks in mobile, it is removed from all the work tasks due to the ‘Answer Once’ option.
    • Is this the expected behavior? Shouldn’t it still be visible for other tasks?
  2. Once the technician completes the survey, do we have an option to configure the answers as Read-Only for the technician to view but not perform any updates to the Survey?
    • Currently, the technician can update the survey for a Work Task multiple times if the ‘Answer Once’ option is not selected.

Answer Once is exactly that. Each employee will get the option to answer the Survey only once.

Thank you. Is there a document which explains these options in details?

Also, do we have the ‘Lock Results’ option in Cloud, as we have in FSM?

Not exactly sure about the Lock Results options in FSM but in IFS Cloud each time the eForm is answered a new set of answers are captured so the results are in effect always locked.
