Hi,

To find the ID of an installed HTM, check the value of the Matrix Description column in the database's Matrix Bounds table. For systems with no database access (e.g. cloud), the DSE outputs the relevant HTM's version to its event log when starting to process a dataset - sending in the HTM's verification file is a good way of triggering this.

Hi,

If you can log into the HTM database, Matrix_Bounds table will have the version value.

If you cannot login there and PSO application is connected to HTM, there will be an event in event log ,like “Travel Database contains Matrix S_6384607640 Hierarchies 12, 24, 48”. Here, 6384607640 will be a value specific to HTM version. From there also you can identify the version.

           I have following column values in the matrix_bounds table.

           The matrix_structure_version column indicate the value 2. which means it is V2 HTM ?
