Adding a new service resource

Hi team,

In the (New Service Resource) screen, I was trying to add a resource from the exisiting persons but I can not find my person ID. Any idea how to do the same? I can add it directly but need to go these steps so that I can enable the mobile user. Many thanks for your help.

Hi Mustafa,

 

Not sure, but I guess that your person ID already exist as a resource individual and a person can only be added as on type of resource (so or a service resource or a resource).

Can you check if you delete your resource individual:

 

If it dos not exist in this list, you can create a service resource.

Hi Robert,

Many thanks for the swift response. I have my Person ID available in the Rssource Individuals. Thats what really make me more confused.

As you can see it is there but still I can not get it.

@Mustafa , I meant it should NOT be in that list. When you remove it, then you can use it to create a service resource.
