Hello,we have a lot old shift references for our FME’s which are in the past.Does anyone have an API to delete them via Import? Hi,maybe someone can help me with API syntax.I have an API request, which has two queries. Based on the result of the first query, I want to put this as variable into second query. Hi,is there a way to get attachments auto-added to a service order, e. g. by a special customer contract or other service order criteria? currently, there is an excel file which needs to be added to every order of a special type. can we automate this in any way, or is the addition of files only manually possible? thanks & regardsTorsten
Hi, when there is a new service order created, the description is takenover to first activity comment by the system. currently this field is cleared afterwards by a process flow.But i wonder, if this is standard behavior from the system. I would prefer to disable the process flow, as we have too much currently. Can this automatic filling be disabled (e. g. by MOE parameter or something else) ? Thanks for your help.RegardsTorsten

Hello,for a short running project I created a new customer contract. The orders I will create have an SLA until end of april. Is it possible to disable the contract once I have created all tickets? Or is there a must to wait until tickets have been fulfilled? Or can’t the open tickets then not be handled any more?I want to avoid, that the new contract is used by something else from dispatchers, than for this special orders, that I import. Hi,currently I am facing problem, to modify an existing Process Flow based on ETA criterias (Goal is to do something only when ETA datetime is > NOW ) But as this is not working, I had the idea to create a workaround via ProcessFlow Data Query. But I don’t know, if it is possible to “handover” the order_id from ProcessFlow to SQL syntax. Does anyone know if this is possible, or not?Please see pictures to understand better. Hello,is there a way to increase the duration of an existing customer contract without getting a new for new contract?I followed the alliance contract PDF instruction. but when using this, a new contract with new id is created, this i want to avoid.I also tried to change date in Expiraton Date and also via API, but both is giving error message:Error Message:: You selected an Expiration Date that exceeds the length of the original contract. The new Expiration Date should fall between the contract Start Date and the current Expiration Date. Thanks a lot for your replies.RegardsTorsten

Hello,today we faced some issues with our DB. After it was fixed, we want to rehandle the transactions in bulk, because manually it is very much effort.Is there a way to rehandle unsucessful API's in bulk?Also, we only have option "Audit APIs for this user" only enabled for the system integrated users (like bu_ProcessFlow and bu_Integration). Is there a way to find (and resend) also unsucessful transactions from the users, which faced the error and have not enabled Audit API option?(See screenshots for explanation, that makes it easier to understand)RegardsTorsten
