can i disable automatic activity comment filment?

Hi,

 

when there is a new service order created, the description is takenover to first activity comment by the system. currently this field is cleared afterwards by a process flow.

But i wonder, if this is standard behavior from the system. I would prefer to disable the process flow, as we have too much currently.

 

Can this automatic filling be disabled (e. g. by MOE parameter or something else) ?

Hi Torsten,

I checked with one of the business consultants and he tells me we do not have functionality to prevent auto-populating this in standard.
