Hi!I am trying to set up a “advance payment” Payment term to use for sales. My plan was that when the order is completed the invoice would be printed and sent to the customer immediately but shipping would not be possible (end up in blocked customer orders).I have set up a Payment term with 0 days to due date, but it still seems that shipment is still processed in some cases. do anyone have any suggestions on which other things I have to review and fix for this to work...
In Sweden we have a small number of suppliers that invoice us and have short payment term (some government fees, bank charges etc), for which we are eligible to pay, even though we might feel that the fee is incorrectly calculated (we then have to raise a case with the entity after the fact to have it changed). The pay term can be quite short (10 or 20 days). These invoices sometimes are not approved and authorized in time to be paid on the due date, with significant late payment fees as a result. Is it possible to set up a supplier (for example a government agency like Transportstyrelsen) so that invoices to that supplier will be included in a payment proposal even though it is not finally authorized?
Hi!I am trying to create a special authorization routing that, if the invoce uses a certain account, or costcenter, I want it to require a certain person to be added to the routing. In what way is that possible?
Hi!Relatively new on IFS… In our business there is sometimes the need to ship different items to suppliers. For example, if one of our production tools is broken, we need to ship it a company in a different EU country for repairs and then they will send it back to us….what I feel is strange is that we then create a sales order of 0 EUR, Ship the part, Print a 0 EUR invoice and put that to the bin. This feels counter intuitive and perhaps a “ this is how we did it in the old system” case. What is the best way to do this? Is it possible to create a purchase order for the repair and us that to send the part? and how is that done in the system? We are in Apps10
