HI All, Is there some specific setup required to transfer calendar exceptions for a specific dataset to PSO.We are having problems where calendar exceptions created for users of a particular dataset are not being transferred to PSO while it is working fine for other datsets.For the same Dataset all the other updates on Task are getting transferred to PSO,so it is not an probmelme in the connection seems to be a mising config.Also the exceptions are transferred when the Dailiy load job runs but not for the timeline updates. Hi, We are facing an challenge in segregating survey answers for difft customers,We have surveys that are not customer specific so essentially we are reusing the same surveys for multiple customers.But the problem with this approach is that customers are getting some options in survey answers which are not at all relevant for them,Now is there a way by which we can control which options are valid for what customers.The second approach we have thought of is having seperate surveys for all customers using refernce id field,but that is just causing a lot of duplicate data.Has anybody faced a simialr issue and how exactly didi you end up resolving this,Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
HI All, We have setup surveys for Differenet Customers in FSM for Task Completions both in Mobile and Client(Web and Smart),however we want to have Surveys specific to customers,So we have used the access Group field on the survey table hoping it would restrict those surveys only for task with the same access Group but it is not working.Are we wrong to think that Survey access could be controlled using the access group field.If anybody knows of a seperate way please let us know ThanksManish
I have been working on creating a new screen ,which i have done multiple times before but this time i am getting an strange error. The Screen is setup as an Search Screen and when i open the creen i get an error XML element attrs not found. Check the XML and try again. and when is see the xml query in the search screen it has no attributes <hierarchy_select max_string_length="256"> <attrs /> <primary_table>c_model_team_mapping</primary_table> <from> <table>c_model_team_mapping</table> </from></hierarchy_select> Has anybody seen this before and any guidance on how to fix this.
Hi, I was working on modifying the Baseline placelookup screen,i saw the new button has an popupAddEdit name,I understand that this signifies it will open a popup and i could see the individual elements present in the xml file for the screen as well.But the individual elements that appear in the screen are not present in the UI designer.So how do we modify the fields that appear on the pop or is it an seperate screen
HI, I have created a report which takes an RequestId as Input and Generates the report,It all works well when we run it from the report screen by providing a requestId,but when the same report is configured in the Request screen via report set it gives a 140 Page doc with the same report being repeated over an over again.Any idea why this might be happening,it is giving 140 copies on all requests,Is there any specific mapping needed to run it from the request screen
Hi, I have created a Sync Rule with delivery mode as Batch Delta and everything runs fine until the Mobile is initialized ,After initialization no data is there in the table and the data gets pushed the next time the sync rule runs.Is the app not supposed to download data for all tables when it is initialized for the first time.Am i missing something,Any guidance would be appreciated
