Hi! We have experienced problems with the Share pool getting full. The common dominatiore seems to be that this has happened short time after installation. (3 times). This results in tens of thousans of queries stakking up in share pool memory until full ending up with users cant log on.The two last time we experienced this was in the middle of the night with very limited users (if any) in the system. We are wondering if the installation it self or the configuration of screens after installation could cause this issue. We are looking into using Package Part with service contracts. When I try to add a package part as a billable invoice plan item, I do not get any hits in list of value for the parts. Is this a limitation, meaning package parts cannot be used with service contract?
We just moved from 22R1 to 23R1Su4. After the update our windows 11 users quite often gets bluescreen in windows when logging on to IFS. After blue screen the windows restarts. It’s happening in both Edge and Chrome browser, but it’s a bit random and happens for about 30% of the login attepts. We have Dell Latitude laptop, and had no issues with these on 22R1.Are anyone else experiencing similar problems?
Hi!The very helpful function with tasks that was available in the old version is now back with the possiblity to assign task to other users of the system. The reassign function was not present in before in the Aurena client. I was really happy to see that this was now available, but there is a big but. In the my sent tasks the Sent to/assigned is missing. So you can see a lot of tasks that you have sent to collegages but you have no clue who you sent it to. This more or less takes make this function useless. Please add this field as soon as possible.Since this is a FNDBAS module we are not able to add it as a customization either. Missing Assignee/sent to in Sent task section.
Hi!We are on IFS Cloud 22R1 SU12 and have performance problems in many parts of the system. We see issues in quite a lot of screens when searching for data. The volumes are not super big, but we have records from the 10 000 to 200 000, which from a database perspective is not huge. Has anyone tried out enabling the Oracle In-Memory capabilities for IFS and what approach have you taken when implementing it? /Per Chr
Hi!We have implemented history log in quite a few places and before IFS cloud we had a shortcut that allow the user to easily access information on who, when and what had happened to the record from the window you where in. Are ther any plans of bringing this back in IFS cloud. The current solution is just for admins and that limit the practical use quite a lot since endusers can’t access the history log window and search in a sensible way-/Per Chr
Hi!We are looking into providing a Partner Community in SharePoint that would interact with IFS CRM using CRM access. We would like to create PowerApps in SharePoint that talks with IFS CRM. We have connected the SharePoint user to an IFS user. So the idea is to in the SharePoint page display Apps for Registering Leads, see a list of current leads and so on.Has anyone tried out connecting PowerApps to IFS and have any experience with it? Could be connected to any part of the system.
