Hi, We have a BPA when the planned start date is updated for the first work task (minimum task sequence) on a given work order, it will update the remaining work tasks planned start date with the same date.If there are 20 or less work tasks in the work order, then this works as expected. If there are more than 20 records to be updated, then get the following error. Any ides whether this is a restriction/limitation?
One of our customers upgraded from FSM 6 U 5 to FSM 6 U16. In U5 they have configured integration log screen by adding additional filed to the search. When the update was applied, the modified screen is no longer available. We see other screens that were changed are available after update install. Have any one seen similar issue?
Hi,Our customer is in Azure and FSM is installed as a service. They are in the process of adding additional 400 techs to the system.They tried initializing a group of 15-20 users in TST and only 20% were successful. The balance had a “NULL NULL display” or cancelled the initialization after ~25mins. They currently have 3 service instances in their test and prod environments. Will increasing the instance count help ? If we are to increase the instance count, is there any guidelines how many instances should be there for a given total user count?
After applying 21R2 (21.2.1) we cannot execute any report. Get error ‘Database Error occurred” Is this a known issue? How can I fix this?
Hi all, Our customer ( FSM 6 U 5) has following questions on mobile Customer is using both iOS and Windows mobile and for Window mobile they use Laptops and for iOS phones. For mobile to sync to happen, does the app needs to be active and in foreground in a mobile device?We have seen items stuck in Send queue when there are some system performance issues where the acknowledgement from server some how id not come back to device. Will this get cleared in subsequent syncs or do we need to do a initialization?
One of our customers went live in FSM 6 update5 February 1st and for the first 2 weeks teches did not have any issue. But starting from 3rd week, they started seeing some of their mobile items were not sent to server and waiting in the wait and ready queue.
