After applying 21R2 (21.2.1) we cannot execute any report. Get error ‘Database Error occurred”
Is this a known issue? How can I fix this?

Do you have access to the MT to see the logs for the ifsapp-reporting container? The logs should give you something concrete rather than the generic (and useless) error you are currently seeing.
