Hello All!We have created a new EDM Repositore with the follow content:Document Management\Basic Data\EDM Basic → RepositoriesRepository-ID: NameDocumentclass: DEBESType: Shared folderAdress/Rep: ID from Rep.-Address and UserPfad: Q:\DEBESStatus: activeDocument Management\Basic Data\EDM Basic → RepositoriesRep Address: CompanyNameRep User: ActiveDirectory-LogIn on the serverRep Password: ActiveDirectory_Password on the serverIn the windows explorer of the IFS Application Server we also installed a network folder called “Q:\” it linked to the document server “\\Servername\”. Wie can write files via Windows to this network folder. But when we upload documents we get the following message “Failed to upload file to the file system repository [Das System kann den angegebenen Pfad nicht finden]” other this error message: “Failed to upload file to the file system repository [Zugriff verweigert]The uploaded document are still saved in the IFS-Database but not on the shared folder.What are we d
Hello All,we have checked in some documents by using VAP-DMS/A. So far, everything looks good. The file ends up on the storage server and the users can also open it in IFS.Only the database background job are displaying a error “There exists no file to archive. ORA-20110: YvdmsExtArchiveUtil.ARCHNULL”The displayed error - Database Background Job → There exists no file to archive.I think the issue comes from VAP DMS/B, that we using before. Which background job must be inactive, to avoid this error? Or what are we doing wrong?Thank’s, Stefan
Hello dear all!We will print Handling Unit Labels directly from Shop Floor Workbench.We start on Shop Floor Workbench, RMB - Approve Operation …. but no Handling Unit label are printed.The following points have been carried out:Open: Manufacturing\Shop Floor Reporting\Shop Floor Workbench Select a Work Center RMB „Approve Operation“ on a SO No. Insert „Qty to report“ – for example 1 – OK Receive Reserved Lots – OK Attach Parts to Handling Units for Receipt – activate „Print Handling Unit Labels“ - OK The Windows are closing, but no Handling Unit labels are printedAlso, we don't see any reports in the report archive, meaning that anything was printed at all.Only the following workaround is work, to create a handling unit label:Warehouse Management\Quantity in Stock\Handling Units In StockWe open the Handling Unit, RMD – Print this handling unit label – IFS created the label.Why does ifs not create a handling unit label?
