Hello All,

we have checked in some documents by using VAP-DMS/A. So far, everything looks good. The file ends up on the storage server and the users can also open it in IFS.

Only the database background job are displaying a error “There exists no file to archive.                    ORA-20110: YvdmsExtArchiveUtil.ARCHNULL”

The displayed error - Database Background Job → There exists no file to archive.

I think the issue comes from VAP DMS/B, that we using before. Which background job must be inactive, to avoid this error? Or what are we doing wrong?

Thank’s, Stefan

FYI, at RIFS &D we are not aware of VAP DMS/A or VAP DMS/B, which means it is not part of the standard offering.

We once had something called “VAP”, which was kind of extensions to IFS. My guess is you should contact your regional IFS person about this, since they should know about this “thing”. Or try bring them in here :)
