We need your guidance and expertise to resolve this issue promptly.The error message we are receiving states:"Crystal Web Service Instance(s) are incorrectly configured or not reachable. Please contact your system administrator." We would like to inform you that we have thoroughly checked the Crystal Web Service and it is currently operational. Additionally, the IIS site is functioning correctly, indicating that there are no underlying issues with its configuration. In our troubleshooting efforts, we have attempted to disable the antivirus software temporarily but unfortunately it did not have any positive impact on the error.As a further step, we restarted the server in the hopes that it would address the problem, but unfortunately the issue persists. Hi Community,Is it possible to use the customer sort code and bank account number to identify the customer ID in external payments files? If I load a file with Customer Bank account number and sort code, can the line be loaded as a CUPOA instead of a parked payment into the external payment screen?This is with regards to a user created ExtCustPayment file (not system defined templates) Thank you.

Hi Community, Our users are complaining that IFS is running very slow. We checked the background jobs and cannot see any issues. We have used Oracle Statspack but it doesnt show any issues as well. Please can I know if there are any tools available to monitor both Database and Middleware server to identify any configuration or performance issues?Best RegardsAsanga

In April 2021 titles on UK VAT Return boxes have been changed, for disclosure post Brexit, and Phase 2 of Making Tax Digital commenced.Is there an updated Tax Template from IFS? We are currently on template S089 for the UK VAT Return.
