Hi Can someone please clarify if the Google Map works for FSM Web Client Schedule Board and Address Screen. and Geocoding. The Reason is its not clear if the Google Maps are supported in the FSM Web Client . OR the customer will require to purchase the Bing map key as well.
There are two issues that we need to get guidance from R&D. Issue that need R&D input. Work Calendar Issue : The Work Calendar don’t have access_group and due to which Dispatcher Role is affected : They should only be able to see the Calendars which belong to their access_groupCluster : they should be able to see all the calendars in multiple access groups Access Group Issue on Place in Request ScreenA Dispatcher is able to Type in a Place record which belongs to a different access group. This is a major issue since the lookup filters out the access group but why the FSM is fetching the details of Place which doesn’t belong to the current access group. Dispatcher current access group : 00301008Place in the above screenshot was typed in and its access group is 0000101 Dispatcher has two Roles : Both are incrementalOnly LC_ZELHEM_ACESS_DATA has access group 00301008 CONTRACTS : Same issue Any product can be typed in. Hi , Can somebody confirm if the data inside a particular table or particular column can be encrypted.this is from the security point.I have seen somewhere that Database table name and column name obfuscation is supported inside FSM.

I am aware in FSM the surveys are always linked with Tasks , but is it possible to have surveys as independent objects and not linked with any tasks , like a morning routine for the technicians.
My Question is a high level question : I understand that Customer is the one who calls and asks for service so we create a request in the system . the request than has a task in it. When do we know we need to create a RMA for the customer , if RMA has been created to Replace the part then who goes to collect the faulty part and deliver the replacement , basically what is happening on ground when we click on Post Shipment , the faulty part can be replaced by the technician but against which activity this will be tracked. If my technicians are deliverying the parts to customer then where do we track it.
